Terms of Service

1. Agreement and eligibility

By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not create an account or submit generation requests. You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter an agreement, or meet a higher age of majority applicable where you live.

Female Malfoy is an independent fan-inspired creative service. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by any author, film studio, actor or franchise. References to a fan trend describe the intended aesthetic, not an official character, casting announcement or licensed product.

2. Accounts and security

You can register with email and password or use Google sign-in when available. Email registration does not require email verification or CAPTCHA. Provide accurate account details, use a strong password and protect your login credentials. Tell support promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

Registration alone does not unlock generation. Both image and video generation require a successfully verified paid credit-pack purchase and enough available credits. Do not share accounts to evade restrictions or access another person's private assets.

3. Your uploads and permissions

You retain whatever rights you already hold in your uploaded material. You must own it or have permission from the relevant rights holders and depicted people for upload, AI transformation and your intended use. You are responsible for the accuracy of that authorization.

You give us and the service providers a limited permission to process, transmit and store your inputs and outputs to perform requested generations, deliver downloads, screen content, provide support and meet legal obligations. This does not authorize publishing your private photos in marketing or our public gallery without separate permission.

4. Acceptable use

Our Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) at /aup forms part of these terms. It expressly prohibits pornography/NSFW, violence/gore, hate speech, child-unsafe content including CSAM, deceptive deepfakes/impersonation, and copyright/trademark infringement. It applies to uploads, prompts, generated images and image-to-video outputs. Keep transformations age-appropriate, fully clothed and non-deceptive.

Do not bypass payment or content checks, manipulate balances, abuse refunds, probe other accounts, disrupt the service or automate excessive requests. We may reject prohibited requests and restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect users or the service. The AUP explains content moderation, removal, account restrictions, credit consequences, reporting and appeals. Report suspected violations or appeal a decision at support@femalemalfoy.com.

5. Outputs and intellectual property

AI results can change likeness, introduce artifacts, be inaccurate or resemble outputs created for others. The previews illustrate a style rather than guarantee an outcome, exact identity preservation or completion time. Review results before using or sharing them, and disclose AI generation when needed to avoid deception.

To the extent we hold rights in a generated output, we do not claim ownership against you. This does not guarantee copyright protection, exclusivity, commercial suitability or clearance of third-party rights. Your use remains subject to applicable law and the selected model provider's terms. The site's original logo, interface and template previews are separate site materials; buying credits does not transfer those assets to you.

6. Credit packs and generation charges

Credit packs are one-time USD purchases with no subscription or automatic renewal. Available quantities and prices are listed in the Purchase Agreement and checkout. Purchased credits do not expire and are tied to your account; they are not transferable cash, a stored-value bank account or a redeemable currency.

The server calculates generation charges from the selected model, settings and output count. Style and motion templates do not add a separate charge for the same settings. Image and video tasks are charged separately. Credits are reserved when a request is accepted; successful tasks consume their own charge. A partial batch can have both successful and failed tasks.

We confirm purchases through verified payment-provider records. A browser redirect or pending checkout is not proof of payment. Taxes, payment conversion or provider fees, if applicable, must be shown by the payment provider before you confirm checkout. Catalog changes apply to future purchases and requests, not retroactively to an already recorded purchase.

7. Failures, refunds and payment disputes

Terminal provider failures return the affected reserved credits automatically. A technically successful result you dislike is not automatically a failed task. If you believe there is a technical service problem, provide the task identifier to support.

Credit-pack purchases are final and non-refundable once verified payment delivers credits and paid-generation access to your account, including when you have not submitted a generation or used the entire balance. For duplicate charges, missing credits or a statutory remedy, follow the Refund Policy. Do not submit passwords, card numbers or API keys in a support email. A confirmed payment refund or dispute may reverse its corresponding credits and restrict generation while the matter is resolved. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

8. Storage and third-party services

Download results you want to keep. Asset and completed-task cleanup targets a 100-day retention window and runs in batches; the service is not a permanent backup. Deleting an asset may be irreversible and may not cancel an active task already submitted to a provider.

Cloud hosting, model, login, email and payment services may have interruptions or their own terms. We may change available models and settings as providers change their offerings, while showing the current cost before a new generation.

9. Suspension and account closure

We may suspend or restrict accounts for serious violations, fraud, security incidents or legal requirements. Where practicable and lawful, we will explain the reason and give you an opportunity to contact support. Account closure or suspension does not make a delivered credit pack refundable; mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.

You can request account closure at support@femalemalfoy.com. Download your creations first. Necessary payment, fraud and legal records may be retained as explained in the Privacy Policy. Account closure alone is not a request to refund all used credits.

10. Service limitations and responsibility

The service and AI outputs are provided subject to the technical limitations described above. We do not promise that outputs are unique, error-free, non-infringing or suitable for a particular commercial purpose. You remain responsible for deciding whether a result is suitable for your intended use.

To the extent allowed by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect losses arising from your use of generated content or external services. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable consumer protections. There is no compulsory arbitration or waiver of statutory rights in these terms.

11. Changes and resolving concerns

We may update these terms and will show the current update date. Material changes will be communicated where required and will not erase accrued statutory rights or change completed transactions retroactively.
