Acceptable Use Policy — AI-Generated Content

1. Content standards and prohibited categories

You must not use the service to request, create, upload, store or distribute content in any of the following six prohibited categories. These rules apply to images and videos, including fictional, animated and AI-generated depictions. Calling a request art, a joke or a private experiment does not exempt it from these rules.

1.1 Pornography / NSFW

Pornography, nudity, sexually explicit acts, fetish content, sexual exploitation and non-consensual intimate imagery are prohibited. This includes sexualized transformations of a person's photo, sexual deepfakes and requests to remove clothing. Portraits and video transformations must remain fully clothed and non-sexual.

1.2 Violence / gore

Violent or gory content is prohibited, including graphic injuries, mutilation, torture, cruelty, threats against people and depictions that celebrate or encourage violence. Do not request instructions or material that facilitates terrorism, violent extremism, mass violence or weapons of mass destruction. Non-violent fantasy styling does not permit violent scenes or graphic harm.

1.3 Hate speech

Content that promotes hatred, dehumanization, discrimination, persecution or violence against people based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, caste, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability or another protected characteristic is prohibited. This includes hateful propaganda, extremist recruitment and calls for genocide.

1.4 Child-unsafe content / CSAM

Child sexual abuse material (CSAM), child sexual exploitation, grooming and any sexual or sexualized depiction of a minor or a person presented as a minor are absolutely prohibited. This includes synthetic, fictional and age-altered depictions. Content that endangers, abuses or exploits children is also prohibited. Do not change a subject's apparent age to evade these restrictions.

1.5 Deepfakes / impersonation

Deceptive deepfakes, unauthorized impersonation and fabricated endorsements are prohibited. Do not use someone's likeness without permission, create intimate media without consent, impersonate a public figure or misrepresent a generated video as a real event. Authorized, non-deceptive transformation of your own photo or a consenting person's photo remains subject to every other rule in this AUP. Disclose that outputs are AI-generated when sharing them, and never present them as genuine recordings or official franchise material.

1.6 Copyright / trademark infringement

Content that infringes copyright or trademark rights is prohibited. Only submit material you own or are authorized to transform. Do not reproduce protected artwork, film scenes, logos or music without permission, counterfeit branded products or imply a rights holder's endorsement. A credit purchase does not grant rights to third-party characters, brands, recordings or likenesses.

2. Other prohibited behavior

Do not harass or defraud people, expose private information, generate misleading evidence, distribute spam or use the service for unlawful activity. Do not bypass safety filters, disguise prohibited prompts, evade an access restriction, manipulate credits or abuse reporting and appeals. You are responsible for your inputs and subsequent use of outputs.

3. Platform content moderation

Automated input checks: generation requests containing prompts are screened through Waffo Pancake contentSafety.scanPrompt with enforced semantic checks before submission to the generation provider and before credits are reserved. Only an allow result proceeds. Block results are rejected; review results do not proceed automatically. If the screening service is unavailable, the request is stopped rather than bypassing the check. A review response is not confirmation that a staffed review queue has accepted the request.

Provider checks and output review: the selected generation provider may apply its own safeguards and reject a task. We do not claim that every uploaded image or generated video is independently scanned by a separate platform output-moderation model. Reported inputs and outputs, suspected violations and relevant task or safety records are subject to manual investigation by authorized operators. Private content is accessed only as needed for that investigation, security or legal obligations.

Review process: a report is assessed for severity, the identified material and available records are examined, and a decision is made against these standards. Child safety, credible threats, non-consensual intimate content and suspected illegal activity receive priority. Precautionary access restrictions or removal may be applied while a serious case is investigated. Confirmed findings inform subsequent safety-rule and provider-configuration reviews. Automated safeguards can make mistakes and are not a guarantee that every violation will be detected.

4. User reporting channels and handling

Email support@femalemalfoy.com with the subject “Content safety report”. You do not need an account to report a violation. Include the relevant page URL, task or asset ID if available, the suspected prohibited category, a short explanation and an email address for a response. Rights holders may explain their rights and identify the affected material. For urgent child-safety concerns or credible threats, mark the subject “URGENT — Content safety”.

Do not attach, download or redistribute suspected CSAM or non-consensual intimate content. Identify it using a URL or task/asset ID instead. Do not send passwords, payment-card details or unnecessary personal data. If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services; this mailbox is not an emergency response service.

We assess reports in order of risk, investigate the available evidence, take appropriate action and communicate an outcome when contact information is provided and disclosure is lawful. Additional evidence or provider cooperation may be needed. There is no automated email acknowledgement or guaranteed 24-hour response time. Reporter details are restricted to people who need them for investigation, subject to legal obligations; they are not published. Deliberately false or abusive reports may result in action, but a good-faith report is not a violation simply because it is unsubstantiated.

5. Enforcement and consequences

Depending on severity, evidence and repeat behavior, measures may include rejecting a request, issuing a warning, requiring a correction, deleting or disabling access to prohibited inputs or outputs, restricting generation, temporarily suspending access or permanently terminating an account. Severe or repeated violations may lead directly to termination without a prior warning. These are case-based measures, not a claim that account bans or deletion are automatically triggered by a prompt verdict.

Credits obtained through fraud, abuse or promotional-policy violations may be revoked, including reducing the affected credit balance to zero where applicable. We do not automatically confiscate legitimate paid credits merely because an automated prompt check rejects a request. Any remaining paid-credit or refund rights following suspension or closure are assessed under the Purchase Agreement, Refund Policy and mandatory consumer law. Requests blocked before task creation do not consume generation credits.

We may preserve relevant evidence and disclose it to competent authorities when legally required or appropriate for suspected unlawful activity, particularly child exploitation or credible threats. Removal from our storage cannot recall copies already downloaded or independently shared. Where lawful and practicable, affected users receive the reason for an enforcement decision and information about how to appeal.

6. Appeals and corrections

If you believe a request was wrongly rejected or another enforcement decision was mistaken, email support@femalemalfoy.com with the subject “AUP appeal”, the relevant task/account reference, the decision being challenged and supporting context. We reconsider the evidence and the applicable rule; where another reviewer is available, that reviewer is asked to reassess the decision. We may request more information and will communicate the outcome where lawful. Confirmed mistakes may result in restoring access or correcting affected credit records. Do not evade a restriction while an appeal is pending.

7. Policy updates and related documents

The update date on this page identifies the current policy. Material changes are communicated where required. This AUP supplements the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Purchase Agreement and Refund Policy; it does not remove mandatory legal rights. Questions about these rules can be sent to support@femalemalfoy.com.
