Purchase Agreement
Review the credit quantity, price and payment channel before confirming checkout. Purchases are governed by this agreement, the Terms of Service and the Refund Policy.
1. One-time credit packs
Starter: 50 credits for $9.00 USD; Growth: 200 credits for $19.00 USD; Scale: 500 credits for $39.00 USD; Studio: 1300 credits for $99.00 USD.
Each purchase includes exactly the listed number of credits. The listed total includes any bonus credits shown at checkout. Purchased credits never expire and packs do not automatically renew. Credits are linked to your account and used for model tasks; they are not cash or transferable currency.
2. Checkout and payment verification
Sign in before purchasing. The server selects the quantity and USD amount from its current catalog, then opens the configured payment provider's hosted checkout. Confirm the final total and any disclosed tax, conversion or payment fees there. Never send payment credentials to support.
Credits and paid-generation access are allocated to your account immediately after payment is verified through the provider's records. The credit pack is delivered at that point and the purchase is final and non-refundable, even if its balance is unused. Model compute runs when you submit a generation; delivery does not mean your available credits have been deducted. Returning to the site, an invoice or a pending payment does not unlock generation. If a confirmed purchase is not credited, contact support with the order identifier and a redacted payment receipt.
3. Using credits
Every image or video generation requires a paid purchase and sufficient available credits. The studio displays the model-based charge before submission. Each image in a batch is charged separately; turning an image into a video is an additional task. No extra style or motion-template fee applies to identical model settings.
Accepted tasks reserve their credits. A terminal provider failure returns the affected reserved credits automatically; successful tasks retain their own charge. Prices for future packs and requests can change, but the amount and quantity recorded for a completed purchase remain unchanged.
4. Refunds and order questions
Delivered credit packs are not eligible for voluntary cancellation, unused-balance refunds or change-of-mind refunds. For duplicate payments, missing credits or a remedy required by law, contact support@femalemalfoy.com and review the Refund Policy. Approved payment refunds can remove the associated credits and generation access provided by that purchase. Your mandatory consumer rights are unaffected.
